Larry Moskowitz has practiced law in Florida for more than 35+ years, beginning his career as an Assistant State Attorney/Prosecutor in Broward County, FL. He is an accomplished attorney who has handled thousands of civil cases with over 150 trials to verdict.
Mr. Moskowitz has extensive experience handling and litigating property damage claims, and business interruption claims against all the major insurance companies. He has helped hundreds of business owners recover millions of dollars for business interruption claims resulting from the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010, and claims arising from the catastrophic Hurricanes Wilma (2005), Super Storm Sandy (2012), Matthew (2016), Irma (2017), and Michael (2018), Laura (2020), Sally (2020), and named Tropical Storm Eta (2020), Hurricane Ian (2022), and Hurricane Beryl (2024).
Mr. Moskowitz empathizes with the suffering his clients have incurred and understands what it takes to get them back on their feet. He is dedicated to guiding clients through the entire claims handling process because everyone deserves the legal representation that has the credentials and passion to get the job done right.
Larry is a member of The Florida and Texas Bar, Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and the Southern District of Florida. He is an active member of the Florida Justice Association, FAPIA (Florida Association of Public Adjusters), and APA (American Policy Holders Association).
When Larry is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife Robyn of 27 years, and his two daughters Jordan, and Ali. He enjoys physical fitness, swimming, tennis, and boating. Larry has a lifetime passion for music and likes to spend his vacations traveling the globe following Bruce Springsteen, and other live music acts.
